Obliterate Encap is both a deodorizer and Very Low Moisture cleaner that does not leave any soil attracting residues, in fact, carpets and upholstery stay cleaner long because of our fluorocarbon surfactants. Obliterate Encap’s very low surface tension provides more effective wetting so that less moisture is needed to achieve more effective cleaning. Deodorizing is also achieved without leaving any soil attracting residues. It out-performs other aggressive chemicals. It has a moderate pH in the 8.5 to 8.9 range and is a proprietary blend of high efficiency fluorocarbon surfactants, absorbents & peptizers in a water base.
